A licensed Realtor since 2002, Marnie Schaar is often praised for her extensive knowledge of the Northern Virginia real estate market and for a commitment to clients that goes way beyond the norm. No job is too big or small for her and the team to ensure that each client gets the best results for their unique situation. A resident of northern Virginia since 1978. She is consistently praised for her patience, responsiveness, strong work ethic, friendly demeanor, and ability to advocate for her clients.

Marnie also serves as a local leader as a board member of the Reston Historic Trust and Museum and chair of its Reston Home Tour, the organization's largest annual fundraiser. In addition, she is an active volunteer and supporter of Cornerstones, a Reston-based nonprofit that helps local families in need.

Marnie is a resident of Reston with her husband, Kevin,  two children - she enjoys time off in her native Cape Cod and cheering on her alma mater Virginia Tech in football.
